Bernard and Fiona set up MSA Law in 2012 having worked together as partners in both national and international law firms for a number of years. They have nearly 60 years’ combined experience as tax advisers.Most tax planning involves input from tax accountants and lawyers. As solicitors who specialise in tax law, we are able to bring an in depth understanding of both the tax and legal issues surrounding the advice we give to our clients and to the documentation required to implement that advice. By combining our tax and legal skills we often offer clients a solution that other advisers overlook.
We often work closely alongside our clients’ other professional advisers, such as other solicitors, accountants and valuation experts. Our corporate lawyers can assist with the legal work required to implement the tax advice that we provide to offer our clients a “one-stop shop”.
